During a recent international training when introducing myself to fellow participants, I said, "Hi, I'm KAT and I'm a storyteller". Realizing I had been building up to this very moment, I breathed a sigh of relief at the same time trying to comprehend the magnitude of what I had just said. When I share my stories my audience and clients alike get it, and they get me. I show up, I let them in, I paint a picture and I take them on a journey. When I am at my most authentic, I am at my most vulnerable. A pioneer in the realm of professional coaching and one of the first coaches worldwide to earn the Certified Systems Coach designation, I believe our purpose in life is to become more of who we were born to be, by loving and living with true empathy and compassion.
