Kim Weinberg
Kim Weinberg is a leadership coach, facilitator and consultant. She is the founder of Coach In Motion, a Washington, D.C. area based leadership coaching and consulting firm. Kim previously worked in Human Resources and as an Organization Development consultant for Fortune 100 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and non-profit organizations. She is actively involved with the Young Presidents Organization where she is a Certified Forum Facilitator. For Larry Weinberg, running his own business was always a dream and passion. In 1988, he left the corporate world to co-found BOWA Builders, a home design and construction firm. He continued pursuing his love of business by joining the Young Presidents Organization where he quickly became the Chairman of the Washington Metro Chapter. To cultivate his competitive appetite, he has summited many mountains, and has completed an ironman triathlon and a 50k ultra marathon, among other races. Kim and Larry have two children and reside in McLean, VA.
