Bernie Nagle has toiled in the fields of “Employee Engagement” for over 35 years as an Author, Consultant, Speaker, Business Owner and Senior Operations Executive with Fortune 500 manufacturers and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1995 he created Altrupreneur – “One who leads an enterprise with conspicuous regard for all stakeholders.” His perspective is informed by thousands of hours of facilitation and hands-on leadership of teams - from the shop floor to the board room - dealing with strategic thinking, creative problem solving, process improvement, sustainability, and conflict resolution.
