Dan Holden

Dan Holden

Dan brings over 25 years experience as an executive coach and consultant. He possesses an unlikely combination of skills, qualities and organizational gifts. He seems himself as organizational anthropologist and chiropractor, mixed together with minister and teacher. He sees quickly and with great clarity what is genuinely possible for leaders and their teams as well as the real blocks they face to transformative results. Dan speaks with veracity and love, often raising the issues that must be faced with the skill of an artist, the patience and incisiveness of a surgeon. An author and poet, Dan is also an ex military paratrooper, an avid motorcyclist and sports car enthusiast. He speaks with the quiet authority of one who has been through the fire of transformation himself and knows the inner and outer landscape others must move through. He is a master guide to those leaders who don’t just want to do great work but who seek the inevitable work—the work they have come into this life to do.
