Robert S. Metzger
Mr. Metzger is a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group of Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, P.C. He heads the firm’s Washington office. Mr. Metzger advises companies on key public contract compliance issues and is recognized as among the nation’s leading experts in supply chain risk management and avoidance of counterfeit electronic parts. Mr. Metzger is the Vice-Chair of the Supply Chain Subcommittee of TechAmerica, a leading U.S. trade association representing leading technology companies. Mr. Metzger is the author or co-author of four articles on this subject area in Federal Contracts Report, a Bloomberg BNA publication, one in The Procurement Lawyer, and several in Law360. Mr. Metzger received his B.A. from Middlebury College and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He was a Research Fellow at Center for Science & International Affairs, Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
