Rebecca “Becca” Hruska
Rebecca “Becca” Hruska grew up professionally in the world of Direct Sales. Becca demonstrated strong success in both sales and management with Cutco Cutlery. Her skill set carried a strong advantage in developing systems and procedures, particularly in recruiting which drives sales. Last year, in looking to capitalize on her skill set, Becca was determined to create a perfect career match combining her Direct Sales experience with her talents in recruiting systems and procedures. Becca did this while moving from Chicago to New York City. After clearing any road blocks to making her dream a reality, as well as getting clear about the details of the job she desired, Becca manifested her dream job with Dove Chocolate Discoveries. Now, Becca partners with the DCD marketing team to design sales and recruiting promotions and incentives to shift cultures, drive recruiting which ultimately drives sales. Becca lives in New York City with her fiancé Andrew and their dog Iceman.
