Ann Betz
Ann Betz, CPCC, PCC, CNTC, is the co-founder of BEabove Leadership and an international speaker and trainer on the intersection of neuroscience, coaching and human transformation. She is the co-developer of a popular training program for advanced coaches: Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching. Ann is considered a thought leader in the field of neuroscience and coaching, and serves as the neuroscience consultant to The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). A certified professional coach for 12 years, Ann is the author of a groundbreaking white paper on brain research and coaching. She contributes to many coaching and HR publications and is co-authoring a forthcoming book with CTI’s CEO Karen Kimsey-House. Ann is committed to making the complexities of the brain and consciousness accessible to coaches and leaders, and is known for both her depth and humor.
