Dr. Irving Mintzer

Dr. Irving Mintzer is a Professor and Visiting Research Scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. He is also Senior Advisor to Potomac Asset Management Company as well as Managing Director and Chief Strategist for the Potomac Energy Fund. He is an internationally recognized expert on energy technologies, climate finance, and the impacts of climate change on national and global security. Dr. Mintzer has been involved in the international negotiations related to energy, global climate change, and stratospheric ozone depletion for more than 25 years.
