Sonia Sinisterra
Sonia Sinisterra, M.A., MCC, is a senior leadership consultant and executive coach who specializes in assignments for multinational corporations. Her career includes organizational development and executive coaching in nearly every Latin American country. She has a B.S. in Industrial Psychology and has studies in Industrial Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In addition to her master certification status by the International Coach Federation, she has certifications from the Coaches Training Institute and Georgetown University, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Change and Conflict Management at the Process Work Institute. Sonia resides in Bogotá, Colombia and is co-founder of Coaching Hall International the first coaching school to train professional coaches in Colombia and neighboring Latin American countries. She is also co-founder of CHI Organizational Solutions a leading consulting firm and The Leadership Circle Latin America.
