Janet Graham

Janet Graham always tended toward seeing connections rather than distinct borders. Born in the US, her family moved to a small town in Canada where she attended public school through Grade 5. Intermingling of generations, nearby First People, Chinese students learning English at her mum's dining room table, Lake Huron, frequent border crossings to The States all provided a rich "sense of place" and "sense of time" of being at home whenever, wherever. Attending the University of Michigan also offered the Ann Arbor Meeting of Friends and being at home with the ideas of the Light Within and a life of peaceful service. Years of travel, organic and biodynamic gardening, family and friends ensued. It was after becoming a grandmother that she entered the doctoral program at PeaceTheological Seminary in California, requiring a rigorous scientific study of a spiritual principle. Her thesis is about what happens to fear when people choose love. Today Dr Janet will share the research process and findings along with some DIY tools.
