Dr. Steven Hunt is Senior Vice President of Customer Value at SuccessFactors where he guides development and implementation of technology-enabled solutions to maximize workforce engagement and productivity. He has over 20 years of experience designing systems for human resource applications including performance management, staffing, employee development, culture change, workforce transformation, and succession planning. A recognized expert on strategic human resources, Dr. Hunt has played a pivotal role in the implementation of systems that have improved productivity and engagement of millions of employees working for hundreds of companies, from small startup organizations to the world’s largest employers. He has written two respected books on HR process design and implementation: “Commonsense talent management: Using strategic human resources to increase company performance” (2014) and “Hiring success: The art and science of staffing assessment and employee selection” (2007).
