Senior Deputy Danni Delpt
Senior Deputy Danni Delpt is a K-9 Officer with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Dept. where she has worked for the past 20 years. She has been assigned to the K-9 unit and to her K-9 partner Dano for the past 4 years. Prior to being in the K-9 unit, Danni was a Gang Officer as, well as being a Field Training Officer training deputies on patrol. She has an incredible story of how her K-9 saved her life, and how her K-9 was the first recipient of the NPDF ‘K-9 Hero of the Year Award’ for his actions in saving her life.
