Heather Townsend
Heather Townsend, RMSR is the Executive Director for education and health care design for Creche Innovations (Stilwell, KS) and chair of the Educational Advisory Committee of the Institute for Patient-Centered Design (Summerville, SC). Since childhood, Heather has been interested in working to support physicians, nurses, educators, hospital administrators, co-workers, and others in providing the best health care, in line with her philosophy that “We are One Team with One Dream.” Through her work with Creche, Heather advises hospitals on latest research and engages in problem-solving based on evidence-based design practices. Heather is a mother of two who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
