Donna Poulidis is the founder of Prana Fitness in the Beaches, a vibrant neighbourhood in Toronto, Canada. Her studio fosters a sense of community and self-expression and self empowerment. As a yoga teacher, Donna creates an atmosphere of embracing challenge through postures, while creating a space for healing and inward reflection. Donna also sees clients privately, using gentle and effective techniques to balance and prevent symptoms of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and stress. Her approach is one of empathy, compassion and care for her class and workshop participants. Her vision and purpose is being a co-creator in a community that fosters growth, love, and rediscovering our True Selves.
