As a result of her lifelong study of metaphysics and psychology, Iris is fascinated with the subtle and overt process of how women give away their power or have it taken from them. It brings her great joy to guide women toward reclaiming, expressing, and sharing their personal power.
Iris uses her skills as a Certified Hypnotherapist and former Psychotherapist of 25 years to assist women in midlife to fully own their unique magnificence. She currently is a coach, speaker, and founder of The Empowered Empress and creator of Empowering Expressive Play.
