Roxi Bahar Hewertson's no non-sense, practical, “tell-it-like-it-is” insights have been featured in publications such as: Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc., Chief Learning Officer, Training Industry Magazine and others. She is a TEDx speaker and has been interviewed from coast to coast on television and radio as a national expert and consultant helping executives and managers understand the impact of their actions while building the right leadership skills and cultures that create great organizations.
Her award winning "Leading with Impact: Your Ripple Effect" leadership intensive course moves leaders through four core mastery levels. Roxi served 5 years as adjunct faculty in Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where she received her Masters Degree. She recently launched AskRoxi.com, a leadership learning and networking community where her course is now available on-line as well as in a DVD facilitator-guided blended learning version.
