Dr. Jason Barker



Dr. Barker earned his B.S. in Exercise and Sport Medicine, with a Minor in Anatomy & Neurobiology, from CO State University. He completed his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ and then spent an additional 2 years in a residency program at the National College of Natural Medicine’s Family Practice Residency program in Portland, OR. Following residency, he completed additional training at Oregon Health & Sciences University, earning a Certificate in Clinical Research and as a junior investigator at Helfgott Research Institute. He has written numerous articles for the journals Alternative and Complementary Therapies, Natural Pharmacy, and The Townsend Letter, and is co-author of the book Herbs and Nutrients for the Mind: A Guide to Natural Brain Enhancers. Dr. Barker is passionate about his field, and is available for medical services at sporting events, consulting, and health classes for schools, businesses, and sports teams.
