Joseph Irace
Joseph Irace was a Municipal Securities Trader in The Dreyfus Corporation securities division. His responsibilities included cash management for municipal bond funds and portfolio management assistance of municipal money market funds. Irace is Monmouth County, NJ Borough Councilman and is currently serving his third 3-year term ending in January 2017. A system that favors strong council / weak mayor in which council members act as the legislative body with the mayor presiding at meetings and voting only in the event of a tie.
