In addition to his job as Director of Market Research at The Procter & Gamble Company, he is a highly rated leadership and communications trainer for P&G’s training colleges, a lecturer in the M.B.A. programs at Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati, and a frequent speaker and consultant for a variety of companies. As the author of the widely praised Lead with a Story (AMACOM, 2012), he has seen his work featured in The Wall Street Journal, Time, Forbes, The Washington Post, Success, and Investor’s Business Daily, among many publications. Smith earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason, Ohio, with his wife and two sons.
