Jim Matheson
Former Rep. Jim Matheson (D-Utah) joined Squire Patton Boggs as principal in the firm's public policy practice based in Washington DC. Congressman Matheson recently retired from Congress after seven terms and most recently served as a chief deputy whip for House Democrats. He is well known around Capitol Hill as a legislator who was able to work with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to achieve goals. He joins former Senators Trent Lott and John Breaux and others as part of the firm's preeminent public policy practice.
