Sarah Baker Andrus
Sarah Baker Andrus is the owner and principal of Avarah Coaching and Consulting. She has held senior management positions in marketing and communications, most recently working at Dove Chocolate Discoveries, the direct selling division of Mars Chocolate and Vector Marketing Corporation, the distributor of Cutco Cutlery. Prior to her work in direct sales, Sarah worked in Student Services and Career Counseling, placing nearly 1,000 college students in part-time and permanent positions and has successfully coached 100s of people through career transitions. Sarah is a writer, public speaker, coach and consultant whose experience in business and in counseling allows her to help others successfully manage change and navigate transitions with positive outcomes.
