Chris Wahl



Chris has been a coach for leaders and consultant for organizations for over 25 years. Her work focuses on generating enlivening change. Chris has studied adult development for ten years with various experts in the field, and is one of a handful of adult development practitioners who is certified to score the Maturity Assessment Profile. She co-teaches programs in adult development for coaches and leaders, privately and at Georgetown University. As the first to envision coach training that focused on developing leaders, Chris founded the D.C. based Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program, and has shepherded hundreds of coaches through their learning process. She continues to teach team coaching at Georgetown University and a course in Mindful Transitions at George Mason University’s advanced coaching program. Chris co-authored Be Your Own Coach , and On Becoming a Leadership Coach. She is often invited to write articles and to speak on radio programs, including NPR. Chris is a MCC through ICF.
