Jaclyn Berry
Vice President & Trust Officer—Distinctive Care/Special Needs Care
Jaclyn Berry is a Vice President and Trust Officer with Cumberland Trust, where she oversees the special needs department and provides account administration and relationship management for special needs trusts, charitable and insurance trusts. As a member of the real estate management team, Ms. Berry is responsible for real estate transactions including the review of contracts to buy or sell. In addition, she manages the day-to-day responsibilities of the firm's master policy, which currently consists of 175 properties. Prior to joining Cumberland Trust, Ms. Berry worked as a legal assistant and real estate closer, administering client accounts and closing residential and commercial transactions. She has also worked in estate planning and drafted legal documents including special needs trusts. Ms. Berry has a B.A. in Sociology from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee and is a member of the National Trust Real Estate Association, Inc. (NTREA). She volunteers for the Make a Wish Foundation and also as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
