Today, Courtney builds resilience in teams and individuals who need to handle change and challenge without resentment.
Courtney is the founder of Austin Involved, a non-profit connecting young professionals to meaningful volunteer opportunities. She believer deeply in the power of philanthropy as a tool to help people get the perspective that leads to resilience.
