Molly Nece
Molly Nece, Professional Development Coordinator at UNC Wilmington, Owner and operator of The Nece Group, six time author, transformational speaker, with 20 years of leadership experience.
Molly has received her Master’s in Training and Organizational Development from West Chester University, Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Elementary Education from Gettysburg College, and two certificates-- Lean Six Sigma from Villanova and Mediation from Lakewood College.
Her vast knowledge is supported by real-life stories and hands on activities to help motivate her audiences to take action. As a result of her leadership, service, and team strengthening experiences, both in the classroom and in the field, she has gained valuable insight as to the good, the challenges, and the opportunities found within all types of organizations—private, public, non-profit, and religious groups.
