Bianca McCann
Bianca McCann is the Global HR Leader of the HR Expert Network at SAP, responsible to drive SAP’s Accelerate Winning In HR strategy, bringing HR thought leadership to SAP customers, sharing how SAP Runs SAP HR Cloud Solutions. She also provides internal consulting on personal branding, change management, employee enablement and talent innovations. Bianca is the founder of LEAP, an internal and external award winning global female leadership development program at SAP. Passionate about her subject matter and recognized for her leadership and effectiveness, Bianca has won internal awards at every company she's worked for. Bianca has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Ithaca College, and a Masters in Human Resource & Industrial Labor Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She is an Executive Advisory Board member for Breakthrough Collaborative, a nonprofit serving underprivileged youth.
