Yve Evans
Yve Evans is a singer, pianist, and entertainer; a Grammy nominated artist who has recorded 7 live CDs. Yve attended the University of California, Irvine and received degrees in Drama, Music and Social Ecology. In 2008, Evans received her PhD in Theology and is internationally ordained by World Christianship Ministries. She was honored in 1984 by the City of Los Angeles for her contributions to the Los Angeles Unified School District and her work with young people. She has been honored with many awards for her musical and dramatic contribution. For example, Best Actress - Desert Theater League, Musician of the Year - Monterey Classic Jazz Festival, Musician of the Year -Los Angeles Sweet and Hot Jazz Festival, Great Lady of Jazz -Sun Valley Jazz Festival and is recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow- Rotary International. Yve is also an entertainment consultant, director and producer soon to be honored with a star on the Walk of Stars in Palm Springs, Ca.
