Margaret Maclay
Margaret Maclay, a certified business performance coach, has more than 25 years of experience in global corporate strategic planning and process development. She applies her expertise in conjunction with the FocalPoint Coaching method since 2007 to assist executives, managers and owners apply emotional and behavioral intelligence to become more effective leaders; identify the most productive and valuable use of their time; develop the most efficient and cost-effective operations; and increase profitability for their companies.
Maclay partners with clients to clarify business processes, personal competencies and identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies. She is the Director of the FocalPoint Assessment Center and served on the organization’s Strategic Advisory Group.
A mentor and board member of Fort Lee High School’s Academy of Finance, she is the Executive Director for the Fort Lee Regional Chamber of Commerce.
