Erin Spencer is a Research Consultant at Sierra-Cedar. Her main project is working on the programming and data analysis of the Sierra-Cedar HR Systems Survey. Her previous experience includes research and analysis at Brandon Hall Group, learning administration at ACS Learning Services (Xerox) and instructional design and LMS selection and management at Management Recruiters International. She also has experience in the non-profit sector. Erin has a B.A. in History and minors in Business and Sociology from Grove City College.
