Eric C Peterson
Eric Peterson, Senior Consultant with Cook Ross Inc., is a facilitator and educator in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) with over 15 years of experience in Unconscious Bias, D&I, Learning Strategies, and Organization Development. Earlier Eric was the Manager of D&I at the Society for Human Resource Management, the world’s largest association for HR and D&I practitioners. There Eric designed strategies and provided thought leadership to assist organization leaders in creating diverse workforces and inclusive workplaces that could meet the needs of a 21st‐century marketplace. Eric has been published in Profiles in Diversity Journal and Echelon Magazine and has been sourced as a D&I expert by CNN, NPR, USA Today, The Bloomberg Group, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe, and the Los Angeles Times. He is a recipient of the Brotherhood/Sisterhood Award from the National Conference of Community & Justice. He received a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University.
