Beena Sharma
Working with Co-Founder Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter, Beena Sharma is the President of the Center for Leadership Maturity, an enterprise dedicated to facilitating vertical development and enabling the development of greater maturity and wisdom in leaders, teams and organizations. Beena is also the Founder and Executive Partner of Polarity Wisdom Institute (PWI) a division of the Center for Leadership Maturity. PWI is committed to cultivating deep capabilities in navigating paradox and polarities in individual leaders and organizational systems. She has worked with major client organizations ranging from the US Navy to global corporations to build leadership maturity and effectiveness.
