Karen L. Rancourt, Ph.D., has over 25 years of experience as a corporate consultant specializing in change management, and as a career and life coach. She is a leading authority on intergenerational relationships, specifically, the dynamics and issues among grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. Writing as “Dr. Gramma Karen,” she is a regular advice columnist for Mommybites.com, a national online community for resources, support, and education for young parents, and for GRAND Magazine. Dr. Rancourt was an adjunct associate professor with the New York University Social Sciences, Organizational Behavior and Communication program.
