Jeanne McPherson
Jeanne McPherson (PhD, Organizational Communication) provides customized workforce development that emphasizes collaborative leadership skills. With a masters degree in French and Spanish, she draws out the best from cross-functional and multi-cultural/multi-ethnic groups. A former professor, Dr. McPherson has developed a model for making leadership choices in moments of interaction—for collaboration in action. Her career has evolved from technical editing/writing in areas of nuclear waste management to consulting in change leadership, conflict management, and interactive skills development. Jeanne’s current project brings together 30 years of career expertise in her newest program (and upcoming book): How Do You Do Leadership? Collaboration for Our Multi-Stakeholder Workplaces
