Koray Parmaks is the marketing and client services executive who led Telax Hosted Call Center to 8 years of record revenue and growth. He recently succeeded founder Mario Perez as CEO. A dynamic leader with 17 years industry experience, Koray founded his first company Boxpilot, an innovative high technology marketing solution, while attending the University of Toronto. Inspired by the high-performance, values-based culture at Telax, Koray's passion to learn and grow value for clients led him to the owner/president management program at the Harvard Business School. Koray emphasizes that Telax is not a conventional firm: "We operate in flat teams with a 'leader-leader' model that inspires every TeamTelax member to take ownership of our client's results and our company goals."
