Jackie Ato joined SuccessFactors in 2012 and is currently a Customer Value & Adoption Consultant. Her expertise is in HR talent management process and system design. She consults existing customers to ensure they experience the full value and business impact of their SuccessFactors investment. Jackie’s career has provided her with extensive background in project management, HR system implementations for a variety of SaaS and on-premise solutions, configuration and system administration for ongoing HR system maintenance, and leading HR transformation and process redesign efforts.
