Lynne Giacobbe

Lynne Giacobbe has worked in the non-profit field for over 30 years and currently serves as the Executive Director of Ohio’s first continuing care at home program. She attended Kent State University where she obtained her degree in both Psychology and Integrative Change. She also received an Administrative Certificate in non-profit program development from Binghamton University. Lynne is an alumnus of the LeadingAge Leadership Program and the inaugural LeadingAge Leadership Educator Program. She currently serves as the Lead Facilitator of the LeadingAge Ohio Leadership Program. Lynne is also a member of the LeadingAge Leadership Alumni Board. Lynne and her team received the Award of Excellence from LeadingAge Ohio in 2014 for their work in the field of aging services. Through the development of Kendal at Home, Lynne has helped to bring the concept of continuing care to older adults who prefer to spend their retirement years in their own home.
