Mary Poppen is currently Global Head of Innovation Enablement for SAP SuccessFactors. She is responsible for the delivery of HR thought leadership, customer value realization and proactive education to empower the success of customers, partners and SAP colleagues. Ms. Poppen came to SAP through the acquisition of SuccessFactors, and she has held multiple roles since 2005. Most recently she served as Chief Customer Officer for SAP’s Global Cloud business. Ms. Poppen holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has over 15 years of HR/OD consulting and leadership experience with a primary focus on software and services. She has published research related to HCM performance management/improvement as well as presented on performance and talent management topics at multiple HR-related conferences. In addition, she is a well-recognized thought leader regarding Customer Experience and speaks frequently at global events and conferences on this topic.
