Alison T Young
The Honorable Alison T. Young serves as Managing Director, Leadership & Civic Engagement at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, and as Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, responsible for the Institute including strategy, operations and programming to position Drexel as a global leader in the study and practice of collaboration and leadership. Recognized nationally for her expertise on community engagement, Alison oversees the Leading for Change Public Sector Fellowship Program and Drexel LeBow’s civic engagement initiatives. Alison represents Drexel’s leadership programs to domestic and international partners and writes for various news media and blogs. Prior to joining Drexel, Alison was a White House official, serving as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush and Acting Director of the White House Office of USA Freedom Corps with a $2 billion federal budget for domestic and international service programs.
