Charlynn Johns
Charlynn Johns is the Executive Director of Sunshine After Rain Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit founded over 20 years ago. For the past ten years she has worked with military families and veterans, developing a website of resources to help them find assistance when they need it (at www.battlebuddyinfo.com ). She is the Advisor to Texas Vets Cares for Health Care, a group of stakeholders, veterans and concerned patriots who are working to ensure veterans know legislative information that will have long term consequences; considered by many to be an expert when it comes to current efforts and issues on privatizing the VA. For her work she was awarded the 2017 Honoree of the Year by Greater Dallas Veterans Council.
