Benson Simmonds
Benson Simmonds is an award-winning actor, acting and life coach, and painter. He is also an award-nominated writer of plays, and author of articles published in national magazines. Benson began his spiritual quest at age 16, when he was driving his mother to work, and their car collided with oncoming traffic. This "accident" was the catalyst for a lifelong pursuit of why things happen, the nature of God, and how/if God punishes or rewards. Benson studied philosophy in college, delving into logic, ethics and science in order to understand how the universe works. He continued to seek answers in the disciplines of Kabbalah, eastern philosophy and the dramatic arts. He has been meditating and learning about mysticism and the nature of joy for 19 years.
