Kelly Bird
Kelly Bird serves as the Senior Assistant Director in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the UGA Admissions team, Kelly served as a Regional Admissions Officer, at her alma mater, Georgia Southwestern State University, where she earned her BBA in Accounting and her MBA. Kelly has read and reviewed thousands of admissions and scholarship applications for a large, public, research university, while also managing a recruitment territory in and out of the state of Georgia, where she represents UGA at high schools, college fairs, and admissions panels. She also plans on-campus programs for school counselors from across the country to introduce and educate them on UGA and their admissions process. Kelly supervises the UGA undergraduate interns within the admissions office and manages UGA's Admissions and Recruitment Council, where she serves as liaison to the university's 17 schools and colleges.
