Dr. Kate Raphael
I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. I attended College at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing. I worked in the ICU/ER for 8 years prior to attending Medical School, again at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I completed my Residency in Family Medicine at St Josephs Hospital in Denver, and began practicing in Colorado Springs in 1995. Hospice and palliative care has been my main focus for the past 17 years.
I am married and have 2 children, ages 18 and 20.
