Kellie Walters, MS and Chrissy Chard, PhD
A native Californian, Kellie loves good weather, healthy foods, and an active lifestyle. She just started the first year of her PhD at Clemson University, where she plans on studying the psychosocial aspects of behavior change, particularly with self-esteem in young women. Kellie was practically raised in a gym, so her affinity for adopting a healthy lifestyle is natural. Chrissy recently completed her PhD in the Department of Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University. She is now a faculty member with the Colorado School of Public Health. Her research focuses on physical activity in children and health behavior change. Originally from Denver, she has many years of experience in both personal training as well as health/wellness coaching. She loves living an active lifestyle, always learning about the newest ways to challenge her body and mind. Learn more about their coaching programs at http://smartfitchicks.com/.
