Thea Polancic
Thea Polancic is a passionate advocate for the power of business to transform the world. She is the Managing Partner of ClearSpace, LLC (www.clearspace.net); a Chicago-based consulting firm that helps leaders, teams and organizations grow and thrive. She is also the Founder and Chair of the Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. (consciouscapitalismchicago.org).
In founding ClearSpace in 2002, she focused on equipping teams to turn goals into reality through the combination of internal transformation and down-to-earth execution skills. Over the past 15 years, Thea has worked closely with business leaders and their teams to align themselves with the principles of Conscious Capitalism: having a higher purpose, creating value for all stakeholders, developing servant leaders, and having healthy, values-based cultures.
