Justin van der Lande
Justin van der Lande is a Principle Analyst at Analysys Mason and heads up the Analytics and Customer Experience practices. His current role provides research into big data, self-service analytics, cloud-based delivery and the use cases that telcos are finding for the technology. Justin has 25 years of experience in telecom software systems, and has been with Analysys Mason for past last 5 years, delivering projects and research with operators and vendors. He has worked for leading vendors as VP of Marketing and product marketing that include; NCR/Teradata, Micromuse and Telcordia. He also provided consultancy for the TM Forum, an industry association of 700+ vendors and operators for OSS/BSS, where he headed the programme that defined interface standards for OSS/BSS systems. Justin holds a BSc in Computer and Management Sciences from the University of Wales.
