Amy Barnes
Dr. Amy Barnes is a faculty member at Ohio State University in the College of Education and Human Ecology and coordinator of undergraduate leadership and service-learning courses for the Educational Studies department.
She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership development, group dynamics, case analysis, and critical perspectives of leadership. Her research and teaching interests include critical pedagogy, curriculum development, organizational culture and group processes, transformative learning, and how all of those areas of study relate to student leadership development.
Amy has consulted on leadership and organizational development locally, nationally, and internationally since 2005. She is also the co-author of the Innovative Leadership Workbook for College Students - Winner of the International Book Award as Best College Guide!
