Irma has worked in the private and public sectors for several decades. She has a BA in English from Whittier College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Cal-State Northridge. Her passion lies in helping others find their strengths. Her experience and expertise in customer service, project and performance management, leadership and team building, were all laying the foundation for her current work. She left public service to start her journey on teaching, giving and creating. She has formed a group of companies that help her share her strengths, give to others to help them find and develop their strengths and be creative in the process. She is accomplished in giving others the tools to increase job satisfaction, productivity and engagement through her Strengths-Based workshops and trainings. Her goal is to teach how to focus on strengths so organizations can build on the inert talent they already have and move their missions and visions from paper to action.
