Inspired by her grandfather Jesus, Stephanie Zelaya began her development in music from a very young age with Dr. Angélica Rose in Guatemala. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Vocal Performance at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Summa Cum Laude. She was named "Artist of the Year" by the Societá Dante Alighieri and was nominated as "Best New Edge" in the Rainbows Maya awards. She was chosen as one of 50 youth leaders in Latin America, and recognized in the international women's day as one of the ten entrepreneurs with greater influence in her native country of Guatemala. Most recently, she was invited to participate in TEDx "The START UP of your life", sharing her story and her music, encouraging everyone to follow their dreams. Her first album "It’s a Journey" released in May 2015 launched her on an international tour in channels across the United States and Central America.
