Keith Eigel PhD

Dr. Eigel, Co-Founder of TLL, is dedicated to leveraging leaders’ experiences to accelerate their journey to sustained effectiveness. Initially inspired by research that he did with 20 of the country’s top CEOs, Keith began to apply the principles of adult development to the field of leadership in the mid ’90s. Working with colleagues from the University of Georgia and Harvard, his research and subsequent validation has contributed to some of the most important thinking in leadership research around the world. Most recently his work has been cited in Dr. Kegan’s book, Immunity To Change.
Keith has worked with a variety of clients including Fortune 100 and other industry leading organizations in high tech, manufacturing, financial, and service industries, as well as many private, educational, and non-profit organizations.
