Mark Salamasick
Mark Salamasick, CIA, CISA, CRMA, CSP is the Executive Director of Audit at the University of Texas System. This role includes advancing progressive strategies and initiatives outlined for the internal audit enterprise across the UT System. Previous to this he was the Director of the Center for Internal Auditing Excellence at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Mark created the internal audit program and many of the courses in the program over twelve years running that program. Mark was previously with Bank of America and for over twenty years where he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Information Technology Audit. He served in many roles with IIA International as a volunteer over the past 25 years including the IIA Research Foundation and was the project champion for the recently published Data Analytics book.
